Overview
HRMS (Powered by Digital AdWords) is a human resource management platform operated by Digital AdWords (digitaladwords.in). Organizations use it to manage their own employee data. This page explains what data the platform handles and how it is treated. For questions, contact info@digitaladwords.in.
Data we process
The platform stores the information your organization enters: employee profiles, employment details, attendance and leave records, salary structures and payroll records, recruitment pipeline data, and documents your organization uploads (such as KYC records and employment documents).
Access control
Access to data is role-based: employees see their own records, managers see their teams, and HR administrators manage their organization. Authentication is handled through hashed passwords and token-based sessions.
Data ownership
Your organization owns the data it enters into the platform. It can export or request deletion of its data. Digital AdWords processes this data only to operate and support the service.
Service providers
The platform runs on third-party cloud infrastructure (application hosting, database and file storage providers). These providers process data solely on our instructions to deliver the service.
